The processing time for this is estimated to be 4 -12 weeks  (this excludes any weekends, potential holidays and breaks). It might be done sooner, but adding some cushion in case there are issues like materials out of stock, or any unforeseen mishaps. 

For ready-to-ship items, please allow 2-5 business days (this excludes any weekends, potential holidays and breaks). If you place your order during high volume time, packing your order can take up to an extra time. If you place a made- to-order item(s), your entire order will ship when everything is completed.

These are custom made-to-order items. Due to variation in the fabric's pattern and the brightness of your screen, your item may look a little different from what is shown above. The bandanas that are made from Pendlenton fabric will all look different and will not look like the product photo due to the nature of the design and fabric. We try our best to portray the item as it appears in person.

Recycled Canvas: Either hand wash or gently scrub your gear using a toothbrush or dish brush etc with cold water and mild detergent then air dry

Rope  - Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent then air dry

Biothane - Hand wash with water and soap to clean your biothane gear. Then either air dry or wipe it with a dry cloth.

Leather:  Your leather will last many years so take good care of it and get better with age. To keep your leather looking at its best regular care and conditioning is needed. First, wipe down your collar with a damp, soft cloth. Then, spread the saddle soap on the leather and allow it to absorb for a bit. Lastly, wipe it dry with another lint free, unmoistened cloth. After your collar is dry completely, use a quality conditioner on it.

Our leashes are from 4 feet to 6 feet long plus a eurolead leash style for those that prefer an interchangeable option.

The eurolead is completely adjustable and will allow you to use the leash at different lengths. You can even adjust the leash to be used as a crossbody and waist length which will allow you to be hands free when walking your dog.
